Barrister Md Parvez Khan

Md Parvez Khan is a Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, England and Wales, and an Advocate enrolled with the Dhaka Bar. Practising since 2017, he combines rigorous academic training with hands-on experience in the courts and tribunals of Bangladesh. His practice spans civil law, corporate law, criminal law, immigration law and taxation, with a particular interest in complex criminal litigation, procedural law and the jurisprudence of criminal justice.

His academic journey began with an LLB from the University of London, UK, where he received a Certificate of Academic Achievement for the highest mark. He went on to complete the Barrister Training Course (BTC) at BPP University, UK, and earned an LL.M. in Law with Distinction from the University of South Wales, UK, becoming the first Bangladeshi student in the university's history to achieve a Distinction in the programme. He also completed an LL.M. (Professional) at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), Bangladesh.

As an Associate at Shomaji & Associates, he works under the Head of Chambers, Senior Advocate Ehsanul Haque Shomaji, contributing to case preparation, drafting, legal research and litigation strategy across civil and criminal proceedings.
